Postage
Some
of our items are small enough to send in the post. If this is the
case,it will either be free delivery sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class
Signed For, or we offer the option of Express Delivery via
Parcelforce24 for £12.
If
it is not economical to send in the post, it will be sent via
Parcelforce on either a free Parcelforce48 Service or an Express
Delivery via Parcelforce24 for £12. These options will both be offered
at checkout.
If it is too big
or delicate to send in a box, we may be able to send the goods on a
pallet.
The price of
this will depend on the size and weight of the pallet and also its
destination.

Collection is
possible, but not always convenient for us. We operate within office
hours, Monday to Friday 8-5.
We
have no problem with people collecting their goods in person, but
please let us know you are coming, otherwise we may not be able to help
you.
All
postage charges apply to UK mainland only. If you live in the
highlands, islands, or Ireland (Republic or Northern Ireland), please
get in contact with us before you bid, there will normally be an
increased charge and it can sometimes be quite high, depending on the
size and weight of the parcel.
International
Buyers
By default, you
shouldn't be allowed to bid on most of our items if you are located
outside of the UK.
We can
pre-approve you, but you will need to contact us first.
International
postage can be expensive, especially if the package is large or heavy.
VAT
We do not charge
you VAT on top of your purchase price. We issue a VAT
receipt with all
our items and what you bid is what you pay - there are no hidden
charges.
The VAT receipt
will be inside the parcel or attached to the box.
Returns
We
try our best to be as accurate and detailed as possible with all of our
descriptions, but we are only human. If you receive your item and it is
not as described, missing parts or damaged then please get in contact
with us!
We will do
everything we can to resolve your issues in a timely manner.
